Banned casino player caught playing craps

The Black Book is a term used by casinos that stands for the list of players that are banned from playing at a particular casino. The Black Book contains the names of people who have been banned from setting foot on the casino floor for such acts as cheating or fraud.

Recently a person who is listed on the Nevada Black Book was arrested for playing craps when he was not supposed to be inside the casino. Brent Eli Morris is in the Nevada Black Book and he was arrested this past week for playing craps at the Caesars Palace casino.

Morris was placed on the list in 1994 by the Nevada Gaming Commission and now faces many charges including entering a casino unlawfully. The enforcement division of the Gaming Control Board was notified of Morris playing at the casino by the surveillance personnel at Caesars Palace. Personnel notified the division that a man who looked like Morris was playing craps.

Morris apparently has a hard time giving up the craps game as he was reportedly seen at the Excalibur playing craps at an earlier date this month. Morris had also been gambling at the Orleans the previous day as gaming agents found chips from the casino in his pockets.

Morris has a long history of trouble with casinos. He has several convictions on his record since 1975 including theft, fraud, cheating and assault and battery. Morris even went to jail in 1989 for cheating at the Lake Tahoe casino. He now faces more charges and should go to trial in the near future.
