A 46-year-old man from Detroit had an unpleasant casino experience when he decided to sit down at the Craps table with $100 in chips. Amusingly, the man had no Craps gambling experience and ended up aggravating the dealer after repeating illegitimate bets, one after another.Eventually, the man had made so many mistakes, among them even placing bets for and against the shooter, the dealer went on explaining the rules but the man continued to repeat the mistakes. Later that evening, he was arrested by the Michigan State Police under the state gambling violation act.
The Wayne County Circuit Court eventually acquitted him of all charges. The man is now charging Greektown Casino $25,000 for false imprisonment and defamation of character, which caused him severe distress and a 69 percent drop in net revenue as a business consultant.
