Meadows Table Game Workers to be trained by Beaver County

Today officials of the Meadows Racetrack and Casino announced that the Community College of Beaver County will be helping train the employees for new jobs at the racetrack. The racetrack will be adding jobs for the upcoming table game operations.

The Meadows will be hiring hundreds of people for table game dealer positions including craps and blackjack dealers. Poker floor supervisors, table game shift managers and poker room shift managers need to be hired as well.

About sixty five table games will be added to the casino in the next six to nine months. The training process will take several months so the community college will be training dealers for some time. Dealers will be learning to deal blackjack, craps, poker and roulette. The Meadows will host the training in what will be the poker room.
