Even though the economy is improving, many people are still out of work, including casino dealers in Nevada. Dealers are having a hard time finding work in the state so many are considering moving to other states that are just now adding table games. The state of Colorado recently added table games of roulette and craps so many dealers could move just a few states away from Nevada to find work. But many are looking to move to the northeast to find work, especially Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania is the latest state to soon be offering craps and other table games so many dealers could find work there, though the job market will be fierce. The state of Pennsylvania has already started opening schools to train dealers so those coming from Nevada would have to compete against those already in the state who want the dealing jobs
as well.
Colorado seems to be a good choice for those as well in Nevada as the state is now offering craps and roulette and twenty four hour gaming. This means the gaming facility will need more workers as it will be open all day and night.
