Gaming facilities across the United States are starting to add new games to their current offerings. Many facilities offer players slot games or lottery terminal style games so any other options added are welcome by gambles. A New York gambling facility recently announced they are going to add two new games to their gaming floor. The Tioga Downs in New York is planning on adding craps and roulette to their gaming floor. Currently in New York, craps and roulette are not available, so this will be the first time residents will be able to play the games in their state.
Both the craps and roulette options will be automated so no dealer will be required. Each system will be able to accommodate sixteen players. Each player will have a computer set up in front of them to use for wagering.
The Tioga Downs will be the first gaming facility in the state to offer their players electronic gaming options. The Senior Vice President of Operations at the Tioga Downs, Jeff Townsend, commented on the new games by stating:
“We’re paying a little bit more money for these games here but I think it’s going to be worth it. Hopefully we draw additional folks to come out and try them out.” Townsend went on to say that Tioga Downs is planning on opening the new gaming options up to the public this holiday weekend. So visitors to the Tioga Downs will soon be able to enjoy the new gambling options!
