Ontario to offer craps with online gaming site

The Canadian province of Ontario is planning on offering the game of craps as well as other casino games once they launch their own online casino. The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is planning on offering an online website to take advantage of the millions of dollars that are sent overseas by their residents who enjoy online gambling.

The OLG stated that the new site is set to open in early 2012 and will offer a large range of casino style games including craps. The site will start out with online lottery tickets and then advance to the casino games.

Once the site is up and running players will have to be eighteen years old to enjoy the lottery tickets and nineteen to play the casino games. Many will enjoy the new site but there are some who are opposed to the new site.

Many parents of teenagers are worried that the site will entice them to gamble though officials of the OLG have stated that precautions will be taken to keep youngsters from playing on the site as well as help for problem gamblers.
