It was recently reported that Pinnacle Entertainment, a casino operator, has been fined for several violations which took place during a one and a half year period. The operator was cited for ten different violations and was recently fined $50000 for the violations. The Missouri Gaming Commission fined the company after they assessed commission audits from June 2008 to January 2010. The commission found similar violations during an earlier audit as well. The company had several violations which included:
A dealer inspected dice at the craps table instead of a supervisor, documentation not taken during a chip exchange, clerical operations as well as adjustments made to revenue figures on reports. The operator, Pinnacle Entertainment, is going to pay the fine and are not looking to make an appeal.
