Delaware police in Wilmington are on the lookout for a nineteen year old Janard Brown after he shot someone during an illegal craps game. Brown shot a thirty six year old man several times after a money dispute during a craps game. Brown has now been charged with attempted murder, a weapons offense and attempted robbery. The victim was shot in the lower back, right arm and legs. He has been in the hospital for several days now and is in stable condition.
The victim was watching Brown play the craps game when Brown approached the victim and asked him to pay back money that he was owed. Brown left and then came back with a gun and demanded money. The victim refused to pay Brown and Brown then fired the gun at the ground. When the victim tried to run away, Brown shot him many times. Police are searching for Brown and welcome any tips that may lead to his arrest.
