In Pennsylvania, the State House of Representatives recently approved legislation on table games. The House approved a bill to allow the games at casinos in the state. Many have hoped to see this day, when the games can be added to the casinos and begin bringing in additional revenue.The piece of legislation approves Pennsylvania’s fourteen slot machines casinos to add table games including craps, poker and blackjack. The state will also be able to open an additional casino. This is great news for gamblers as they will have more options to enjoy at the casinos if the legislation passes the senate.
The senate must now vote on the legislation. Many feel as though the Senate will not want to allow the fifteenth casino as part of the legislation. The governor of the state said he thinks that the senate may change the bill before passing it. If the bill is passed to allow table games like craps and poker, the state is expected to bring in an additional $250 million in revenues for the year.
