All across the United States, individual states are deciding to add new games and features to their casinos and gaming facilities. Casinos are adding table games such as craps and blackjack when they only offered slot games or lottery style games. Casinos are also popping up all across the US. In Pennsylvania lawmakers decided to add table games last July and that decision has paid off. Casinos added craps, roulette, blackjack and other table games in July of 2010 and the games have really taken off. Players have been coming from all across the state as well as from other states to enjoy the new games. The games have done so well that the state has seen their second highest month for table gaming revenue.
The casinos in the state earned $43.3 million in January for table gaming revenue according to a recent report delivered by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. This is the second largest earnings for the table games since they were launched and it comes just one month after the largest pulling month.
Back in December of 2010 the ten casinos in the state were able to bring in a record of $44 million in table gaming revenues. The is a very large amount especially if you consider that the table games were just launched last summer.
So as players continue to enjoy the craps and blackjack tables as well as the other table games at Pennsylvania casinos they will continue to bring in the large revenues they have seen over the past few months.
